Cancellation Policy

1. All consultations are performed by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) upon receipt of the signed Initial Consultation Agreement 2. The time limit of the consultation is described in the booking form (30 mins, 60 mins, 120 mins) depending on the type of consultation chosen). 3. Unused time will not be a credit to the customer. 4. Answering any follow-up questions after the consultation is at the discretion of the RCIC S. Recording of the consultation is not authorized. 6. Cancelation or rescheduling of the appointment must take place at least 24 hours prior to the appointment 7.Appointments that are cancelled and/or rescheduled later than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded 8. Missed appointments will not be refunded 9. Customers who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will not be refunded nor rescheduled.
